Membership Application Form

Membership of DHDS costs £20 per year for a single membership or £35 per year for a couple. Membership is renewable on 1 October each year.

Members are entitled to a copy of the journal, when published, and a copy of the newsletter. They also get first notice of events arranged by the society and a discount on the fees to some of these events.

Please complete the application form, print and post it with the appropriate fee to the Secretary:

• Applications must be made by mail and payment must accompany the order.
• We can accept Sterling cheques and bank transfers. Please contact the Secretary for details if you wish to use a bank transfer.
• We regret that we are currently unable to accept payments by credit card, and hope to set up an alternative facility shortly.
• Make cheques payable to DHDS.
