Please refer to the price list for books, CDs, schools pack, journals, conference proceedings and postage.
Either complete the form, print and sign it, or print the form and complete it by hand.
If you have Javascript enabled in your web browser, the form will work out the postage for you. Just fill in the first two rows of the table, select your region and method of payment, then press calculate.
Orders must be made by mail and payment must accompany the order.
We can accept Sterling cheques, Visa and Mastercard only.
Make cheques payable to D.H.D.S.
Credit card orders must be signed by the cardholder.
Your card will not be debited until the goods have been dispatched.
For your own security, do not send credit card details by email.
